El Corral is a Colombian fast-food restaurant chain with more than 100 locations. With its different formats—Free Stand, Food Court, HiperMarkets and Service Stations—customers can work out more than 16,000 product combinations. In 2001, El Corral opened its first "Corral Gourmet" restaurant, offering hamburgers with different gourmet toppings such as aged cheeses, hummus, Argentinian sausage, stir-fry vegetables, foie-gras and different bread options. In these restaurants, customers are served to the table.
